All orders require 3-7 business days to be processed.  During promotional period please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be created. Due to the handmade nature of our products we only offer in store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by emailing your request to customerservice@supersalve.com.

Shipping Methods and Rates,
Our standard shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS standard practice does not deliver on Sunday; thus, we kindly ask that you anticipate anywhere from 3-8 business days for shipping. Priority shipping charges will apply. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may require 8-12 business days. Orders that are international need to be called in and will be shipped first class USPS and will take 4-6 weeks.
 
If you want to check the status of your order, please check your email for a shipping confirmation from stamps.com for your tracking information. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to call us at 575-539-2768 or email us at customerservice@supersalve.com.

Change Submitted Orders,
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact us at 575-539-2768 or email us at customerservice@supersalve.com. We do not gather, collect or keep credit card information, so please have a form of payment ready when you call to make adjustments to your order. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Report Order Problem,
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have any other concerns, please contact us at 575-539-2768 or email us at customerservice@supersalve.com. If you have received a product that you think is not of our standards please have the batch number from the bottom of the container ready when you call us.

Returns & Exchanges,
The Super Salve Company gives a 30-day store credit, so if you should ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products, to the original point of purchase within the first 30 day, for store credit or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers who purchase products from The Super Salve website may return them by mail with RMA number. Please email customerservice@supersalve.com. Shipping charges are not refundable. Super Salve merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy. Salon or Spas for example, must be returned to their original point of purchase. If you buy Super Salve products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you store credit, a refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. All returns must have an original receipt and must be returned with in the first 30 days.

We will be pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call The Super Salve Company at 575-539-2768 and a Customer Representative will provide you with product recommendations, appropriate samples, and other information to meet your skin and body care needs.

Payment Options,
The Super Salve accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe and is secure. Credit card information is not stored or saved on the supersalve.com website. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we are pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call The Super Salve Company at 575-539-2768. In the event your credit card is declined, The Super Salve Company will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Please provide The Super Salve Company with your new credit card number within 5 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order.

As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message to Customer Service. Instead, we suggest that you call us directly at 575-539-2768 or fax us at 575-539-2769 with your credit card information.
